1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 777pak, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 777pak. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use this platform.

777pak reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 777pak, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a real person acting in your own name, not on behalf of another individual or entity.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion period on 777pak or under any applicable gaming restrictions.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

777pak does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using this platform is lawful in the location from which you are accessing it. 777pak does not claim any regulatory or government licence.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on 777pak. Multiple accounts — including accounts opened under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment details by the same person — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances or winnings may be voided at 777pak's discretion.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure without refund of deposits.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed or withdrawals requested — is treated as your own. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 777pak are conducted in PKR. The platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast interbank transfer, standard bank transfer, and select debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Available methods may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. You may be asked to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure applied consistently across all accounts and is not intended to delay legitimate payouts.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review before funds are released.
• Funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• 777pak reserves the right to request verification documents — such as a copy of your CNIC or proof of payment method — at any stage of the withdrawal process.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

777pak does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees at the platform level. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider if unsure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

777pak offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and PSL-specific promotions. Each offer carries its own eligibility criteria and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page before you accept.

General bonus rules that apply across all 777pak promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to a separate bonus balance where applicable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Unfulfilled requirements result in the bonus being removed from the account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 777pak reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun wagering under a promotion's terms will not be disadvantaged by mid-promotion changes.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 777pak — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports — are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event. These rules are available within the betting section of the platform.

Key general betting rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or edit a bet after it has been placed, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered on a live market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, settlement rules for the affected markets will follow the sport-specific rules published on the platform. Typically, bets on incomplete matches are voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published due to a technical or human error at clearly incorrect prices — do not constitute a valid bet. 777pak reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets. These are displayed within the market before you place your wager.
• Live in-play bets on PSL and international cricket matches are subject to any natural latency between events and their appearance in the live betting interface. Bets placed after an event has occurred but before the interface has updated may be voided.

7. Casino Games

777pak's live casino and slots section operates using games provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game has its own rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentage, and volatility profile — these are available within the game interface or the game's information section.

Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) software certified by the game provider. 777pak does not interfere with individual game outcomes. If you experience a technical issue during a game session — such as a disconnection mid-round — the game will typically resume from the last confirmed state when you reconnect. In cases where a round cannot be completed, the stake may be returned to your balance. Contact support if you believe a game outcome was affected by a technical fault.

8. Player Conduct

Players are expected to use 777pak in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following actions are expressly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777pak staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with any part of the platform's technical infrastructure.

777pak monitors account activity for unusual patterns. Where misconduct is suspected, accounts may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. You will be notified of any suspension unless doing so would compromise the investigation.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

777pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Account inactivity for an extended period.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance — including winnings derived from the breach — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct, your available balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after any applicable verification steps.

10. Responsible Gaming

777pak is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gambling activity.

• Losses arising from temporary platform downtime or technical faults not attributable to 777pak's negligence.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Financial losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

777pak's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

13. Changes to These Terms

777pak may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided within the platform — either via a notification on login or an update to this page. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last amended.
